Those APIs are served by a dedicated server : the dmp-syn-api. The host is dmp-sync.stickyadstv.com
API Scope
The dmp-syn-api server handles the segment data (users by segments) APIs. The modifications apply in the database table data_platform_variable and in the storage table viewer.
Both use the PUT method.
