Update a native offer by ID

Fully replaces an existing native offer — all writable fields must be provided. Active creatives linked to this offer are re-rendered automatically after a successful update. If any creatives fail to re-render, the response includes a warnings.non_field_warnings list with the affected creative IDs; the offer itself is still saved.
