Delivery Modifier Terms and Bid Models

A Delivery Modifier should either be associated with a Bid Model or should include "Terms" that set the criteria by which delivery is modifier.

A description of how to format the delivery_modifier_terms field can be found here: Bid Modifier Terms. Note, unlike Bid Modifier Terms, when using a Delivery Modifier, all the terms must use the same key and are limited to 100 rows.
